This is a phenomena that is very common to developing psychics and mediums, basically its the Universe's way of letting you know you have the potential to be clairvoyant. The commonest time to see "eyes" is when you are dropping off to sleep at night, sometimes this manifests of seeing eyes looking at you when you have closed yours or that you have a sensation that you are being watched and when you open your eyes you see eyes staring at you from the ceiling. It can be very disconcerting to see 'eyes', just relax you have been bestowed with a gift, the gift of clairvoyance. My advice would be to talk to an experienced Medium or join a development group to help you develop your psychic potential, there is nothing to fear.
