As you know this blog is dedicated to all about YOU, inside and out, so a beauty blog this time. I have used a number of products from Medik 8, and I can throughly recommend them. Most of Medik 8 products contain Vitamin E and I have been using Vitamin E on my skin since my teens another reason why I like this company. Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant in fighting free radicals. I have been using Medik 8's retinol at night for sometime now but they now have this product below, I will keep you updated as to how I get on with it.
