I am a great believer in Karma, but just what is it? Karma comes from the Sanskrit and ancient Indian Language with the underlying principal that every deed in our lives will affect our future life. For example, if we treat others badly during our lifetime we will have negative experiences later on in that lifetime or in future lifetimes. Likewise, if we treat others well we will be rewarded by positive experiences.

NATURAL AND OLD FASHIONED REMEDIES

Since this is essentially a Holistic Webpage and because I strongly believe in Holistic Medicine I came across this article. I've featured Honey more than once as a remedy for ailments in the past and this article reinforces this.

This article is from the Daily Mail and extracted from a book "Old-fashioned Remedies — From Arsenic To Gin" by Dr Rob Hicks.

Got a nasty insect bite? TEABAGS could be the answer says GP, who reveals natural remedies to all your holiday health woes

  • Dr Rob Hicks, a London GP, says most ailments can be treated naturally
  • Honey can be used on minor wounds as the sugar can kill bacteria
  • Cucumber soothes sunburn, ginger tackles travel sickness and bananas kill a hangover
Holidays are a much longed-for time to relax and you don’t want them ruined by a health complaint. Yet few of us have room to pack a first-aid kit. Here, Dr Rob Hicks, a London GP, offers his DIY tips for dealing with everyday medical problems.
HONEY OR SUGAR FOR MINOR WOUNDS
For centuries honey has been used to treat skin wounds and burns
For centuries honey has been used to treat skin wounds and burns
Small grazes or cuts can become infected, especially in hot climates where bacteria can flourish.
For centuries honey has been used to treat skin wounds and burns and is now used in hospitals around the globe to deal with skin infections.
Honey helps kill the bacteria that may cause infection. When honey comes into contact with damaged skin, it triggers the production of antibacterial hydrogen peroxide.
Furthermore, the sugars in honey mean there is little space for water molecules (bacteria need water to survive, so reducing the amount available makes it hard for them to thrive). Dabbing on honey or a sprinkling of sugar can deprive the bacteria of water, which ultimately destroys them.
After washing hands thoroughly, clean the wound, dab a little honey on it and cover with a clean dressing. Any honey will do — you don’t need to use the expensive kind.
Alternatively, sprinkle on sugar. To prevent spillage, smear a thin coating of petroleum jelly around the wound first.
These ‘sweet’ treatments can be reapplied a couple of times a day.
If the injured area becomes red, hot, painful, or discharges pus, or if fever occurs, seek medical advice straight away as this may indicate an infection.
TEABAGS FOR  INSECT BITES
A bite from a gnat, midge, mosquito or even an ant will normally cause a red lump with a hole in the middle — this then turns itchy as the bite can provoke a mild allergy-like reaction. As a result chemicals called histamines are released into the surrounding skin, which is what gives us the maddening urge to itch.
While bites themselves are rarely a problem, this itch can be, as scratching can break the skin and introduce infection that, in turn, leads to potential problems such as scarring.
There are endless possible treatments, but two of my favourites are teabags and oatmeal.
Steep a few teabags in boiling water for ten minutes, allow to cool and then apply the liquid to the sting site using a cloth. This helps to relieve inflammation as tannins in the tea are astringent, so reduce the swelling.
Alternatively, mix uncooked oatmeal and water into a paste and apply to the itchy area directly, or put the paste into a muslin cloth and hold to the skin.
Oatmeal can help reduce inflammation and has a calming, cooling effect on the bite.

BICARBONATE OF SODA FOR CYSTITIS
Variously called sodium bicarbonate, baking soda, or simply ‘bicarb’, it’s good to have a small tub of this in your travel bag.
On holiday, exposure to chemicals such as the chlorine in the swimming pool can irritate the area where urine leaves the body (the urethra) and can trigger cystitis in women. Essentially, this is inflammation of the bladder and can lead to a burning sensation when you pass urine.
There are other factors that can make it a common holiday ailment: heat and alcohol can dehydrate the body, making the bladder more prone to inflammation; ‘holding on’ when it’s inconvenient to go to the toilet, or facilities are unavailable, can also contribute.
Bicarb is alkaline, so drinking half a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda stirred into a glass of water several times a day helps as it makes urine less acidic and less likely to cause stinging.
It won’t reduce the inflammation in the bladder but it will reduce the pain while the inflammation goes down.
If symptoms don’t improve after a couple of days, or if you have a fever, blood in the urine or loin pain, seek medical advice straight away.
CUCUMBER FOR SUNBURN
Sunburn can occur in as little as 20 minutes. But you may not even know you have been burnt until five hours later when the damage done will come out as red inflamed patches of skin.
Cucumber, a well-known soothing remedy for tired and sore eyes, can also help bring relief to sore, sunburned skin.
This is because it contains vitamin C and caffeic acid (an antioxidant also found in coffee) which both have anti-inflammatory effects that help reduce the irritation of sunburn.

While many foods contains vitamin C, it’s the combination of these compounds that works best — together with the cooling effects of the cucumber, especially if it’s been in the fridge.
For small areas of skin, slices of cool cucumber can be put straight on. If larger areas are affected, it may be more practical to grind cucumber into a paste using a blender or fork, then apply.
To make it less messy, you can hold it in place with a sterile dressing and keep it there for as long as is needed.
BANANAS FOR HANGOVER
Drinking won’t just dehydrate you (because alcohol is a diuretic), many people also feel light-headed and woozy the morning after.
This is because normally the liver releases glucose into the bloodstream. But when the liver is busy processing alcohol, this doesn’t happen, which can lead to low blood sugar levels.
While drinking plenty of water can rehydrate you, a banana helps raise depleted sugar levels — the reason being that it has a low glycaemic index. This means the sugar it contains is released slowly.
While a biscuit, for example, would raise blood sugar, it would do it quickly, so the body would release a flood of insulin to quickly reduce blood sugar levels.
This sudden fall in blood sugar would leave you feeling just as bad as you had before. The banana would give a more sustained recovery. A banana is also gentle on the stomach, which may be irritated by the alcohol.
    CAMOMILE TEA FOR SORE EYES
Tea, especially camomile, is a particularly good choice for swollen and irritated eyes, whether caused by lack of sleep, allergies or simply sand.
Camomile contains anti-irritant compounds such as terpenoids, and flavonoids, a form of antioxidant that soothes inflammation.
Brew a cup of camomile tea. Remove the teabag and allow it to cool then place against closed eyes.
    GINGER FOR TRAVEL SICKNESS
Travel sickness is caused by conflicting information received by the brain from the ears about balance and from the eyes about what you see. This jumble of information triggers feelings of nausea and tummy upset when travelling in cars, boats and planes.
Ginger is used to relieve morning sickness in pregnancy and to help overcome the nausea associated with chemotherapy. Some scientific studies suggest that it can also help with motion sickness.
It’s believed that compounds called gingerols and shogaols — which give ginger its spiciness — are what provide the benefits, possibly by blocking chemical messages in the brain, so helping to relax muscles in the stomach and gut.
How you take it is up to you, but popular ways include ginger tea, ginger biscuits and dried ginger

    THE DANGERS OF INEXPERIENCED PSYCHICS/MEDIUMS

Today I am blogging about inexperienced Psychics/Mediums. There are many psychics/mediums around who give the profession a bad name, trouble is a bad reading from a bad or inexperienced psychic/medium tars the rest of us with the same brush.

When embarking on this pathway each of us has personal responsibility, irrespective of what we feel is correct. How do we know if the messages we relay are correct, have we heard and interpreted them correctly? Many psychics/mediums use clairsentience (sensing feelings) to pick up messages from spirit, this has to be put into words, this can change the meaning of the message entirely by the wrong choice of words. It is important we do not influence who we are reading for, nor must we alarm or cause distress, we must be sensitive to the recipient and be tactful. If you are not sure of what you are picking up, don’t say it either. We must also bear in mind nothing is written in stone and subject to change and its possible we could be wrong, the professional Psychic/ Medium will never foretell, death, nor illness, nor diagnose, for they are not doctors for this very reason.

Many so called psychics/mediums are unable to distinguish what energy level they are working with, psychic energy resonates at a lower level than spiritual energy, the two are entirely different. spiritual energy is how Mediums communicate with spirit, whereas psychic energy deals with the energy from the aura. The inexperienced medium will not validate the source of the message, this is extremely important for they could be relaying messages from lower elementals or from the dark side. When delivering messages from spirit it is essential we identify who the spirit is by gaining survival evidence i.e. evidence only the recipient would know, the character of the disincarnate, what they died from and names, dates as much information as you can to prove you are talking to someone the recipient recognises. Of course psychic/mediums do work with guides and the experienced will recognise when the message is coming from an established guide and when it is not. A reading should be constructed in such away, it answers the recipients queries and leaves the recipient calm. If a loved one in spirit has a message he/she will come forward, you cannot summon spirit or a specific spirit. The use of Ouija boards, planchettes is not recommended as these attract lower elementals and the dark side

It is also important psychic/mediums have counselling experience, and I don’t mean a few days training either but a proper professional course recognised by a professional authority, this is valuable as when relaying messages it is possible all manner of feelings in the recipient will emerge. Supposing the recipient was sexually abused as a child, would you know how to deal with this? I cannot stress enough do not read for anyone unless you know how to tactfully and sensitively deal with delicate situations. You cannot become a professional psychic/medium overnight, it takes time to gain experience and develop, sometimes years, of sitting in a development circle with an experienced medium, who’s valuable experience will guide you safely. Psychic intuition courses claiming to develop you over a period of 4 classes are to be avoided as you cannot gain the experience needed for this work in so short a time, especially to be avoided if large  course fees are needed, charlatan comes to mind when I hear of this. If you truly want to foliow this pathway, it takes dedication and time, it should not involve money. The spiritualist church or the National Union of Spiritualists can direct you to a development circle near you, where the only money involved is for refreshments at the end of the meeting

Too many inexperienced psychics/mediums do more harm than good, a good reading is when the recipient leaves you feeling better for seeing you and is uplifted. All too often I have heard of inexperienced psychics/mediums causing worry and anxiety that is very unprofessional and this causes the public to take a dim view of us in general, it only takes a few bad apples to destroy the reputation some of us who are striving towards to achieve professionalism.

    CHARLATANS, FAKES AND FRAUDS

There are plenty of charlatans, fakes and frauds around, I have met a few in my time and some I might add who were supposedly mediums. A genuine Medium does not guess nor ask questions or try and make things fit. A genuine Medium does not ask leading questions, nor listen in to a crowd nor read people's body language or take any heed of the tone of the recipient’s voice. A genuine Medium should be able to connect with the recipient's loved ones in spirit without any prompts what so ever. One of the most accurate and best ways to connect on a spiritual level is via instant chat messaging. I say this because, you have no physical contact, you cannot see one another, nor can you hear the recipient's voice. Nor can you conjure up a particular 'Spirit' i.e. the recipient's late mother, sister, brother etc. Spirit comes forward for a reason. But by doing communications in this way, you are wholly dependent on your guides and the recipient's loved ones in spirit, you cannot cheat.

As a medium who has worked on platform myself, I would never start a spirit communication, with, "I have a Tom, Dick or Harry or whoever here". That could apply to over half the audience, but to always pick a recipient and deliver the message and give survival evidence i.e. proof I have who I say I have, by finding out what they passed over with, a full description of their appearance and their character and a memory perhaps a description of the recipient's home or the loved one's home, what they did for a living and some activity the recipient had been doing. I would be looking for concrete proof like a description of a particular photograph or what they had been reading or watching on TV to prove that their loved one was around, a name would not be enough. It is good survival evidence that weeds out the genuine mediums from the 'Fakes'.

Genuine Mediums trust spirit and if they are unable to obtain a good link with spirit too, they should have the courage to say so. Mediumship is not about party tricks or showmanship but a deep conviction to help others for that is the reason Spirit conveys this gift. OK there is an argument why do psychics and mediums charge if they really want to help others, put it this way, you are not paying for their skill but their time, for if we dedicate our lives altruistically how can we work elsewhere, we still have to eat. What most people realise Mediumship takes a great deal of energy its extremely tiring and challenging for the medium to obtain a spirit link. Would you go to work and do a tiring and demanding job for no recompense? I doubt it.

Audiences can be fooled and it saddens me there are charlatans, frauds and showmen who parade themselves as mediums, looking for sensationalism and theatre and advocating ouija boards,  but it’s like that in all aspects of life, there is good and there is bad. Hopefully you will now know what to look for and know that a genuine medium will give you survival evidence and not try and make things fit.

My advice for anyone who is looking for a genuine medium contact the National Union of Spiritualists or your nearest Spiritualist church. The mediums there work to the highest ethical standards and have a code of conduct

    NAME AND SHAME INTERNET TROLLS

Today's blog is about internet trolls. A “troll”, in internet slang, is someone who deliberately upsets others by starting arguments or posting unnecessarily inflammatory messages on blogs, chatrooms, or forums.

The very fact you are here reading this shows you are au fait with the internet and I'm sure most of you will have come across 'Trolls', whether its on social networks, like Facebook, or forums or Twitter, there are many platforms for these trolls to spew their hateful venom.

What makes these trolls think they can be deliberately be nasty to others? Is it that they find it easy online because they can hide under a fake profile or name? I doubt they would go up to a stranger in the street and vent their abuse to their face, for they would be too cowardly for that. Internet trolls are bullies and like all bullies they are cowards.

Feeding Trolls i.e. just causes them to keep up their abuse, so blocking these people from your profile is the obvious thing to do. However me personally I don't feel it's right these cowards get away with it, so I name and shame them and humiliation works well turning the tables on them. I  politely tell the troll abuse is wrong and I haven't abused them and I tell them a few home truths before I block them I also take some screen shots of my computer screen for evidence and I will post these publicly to warn others what they are like so they can avoid them and they can see for themselves the abuse was unwarranted. Which leads me on to some examples I've come across personally.

    SNAPSHOT EXAMPLES

Either way abusing people online is wrong, its not clever, it's harassment and should be zero tolerated.
    __________________________

The following is from the "Independent" newspaper about research into 'Trolling'

Canadian researchers have confirmed what most people suspected all along: that internet trolls are archetypal Machiavellian sadists.

In a survey conducted by the group of psychologists, people who partake in so-called trolling online showed signs of sadism, psychopathy, and were Machiavellian in their manipulation of others and their disregard for morality.

The researchers defined online trolling as “the practice of behaving in a deceptive, destructive, or disruptive manner in a social setting on the Internet” for no purpose other than their pleasure.

To achieve the results, the team asked internet users about subjects including how much time they spend online, and whether they comment on websites such as YouTube.

They were also given tests that measured their responses against psychology's "Dark Tetrad": narcissism, Machiavellianism, psychopathy and a sadistic personality.

Questions also surrounded sadistic statements including: ''I enjoy physically hurting people,” “I enjoy making jokes at the expense of others” and “I enjoy playing the villain in games and torturing other characters.”

“It was sadism, however, that had the most robust associations with trolling of any of the personality measures,” said psychologists from the University of Manitoba, University of Winnipeg and University of British Columbia in an article published in the ‘Personality and Individual Differences’ journal.

It went on to claim that trolls are “agents of chaos” that exploit “hot-button issues” to inflame and exploit users’ emotions,

"If an unfortunate person falls into their trap, trolling intensifies for further, merciless amusement. This is why novice Internet users are routinely admonished, 'Do not feed the trolls!'," the study warned.

The team concluded that those who enjoyed trolling more than other activities, such debating and making friends, had tendencies in line with the psychological “Dark Tetrad”.

Perhaps most worryingly, the psychologists based their conclusion on cyber-trolling being an “Internet manifestation of everyday sadism,” rather than merely on online phenomenon.

It is thought the findings may contribute towards a trend of sites such as YouTube and the Huffington Post requiring users to comment using registered accounts rather than allowing anonymous posts.

    LIFE IN PERSPECTIVE

I received this below in an email today and when you feel down read this through, it kind of puts life into balance and perspective.

    ___________________________________

Good advice from someone who knows what she is talking about
Written by a 90 year old
This is something we should all read at least once a week- Make sure you read to the end!

Written by Regina Brett, 90 years old, of the Plain Dealer, Cleveland, Ohio.

"To celebrate growing older, I once wrote the 45 lessons life taught me. It is the most requested column I've ever written.

My odometer rolled over to 90 in August, so here is the column once more:

    1. Life isn't fair, but it's still good.

    2. When in doubt, just take the next small step.

    3. Life is too short enjoy it.

    4. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends and family will.

    5. Pay off your credit cards every month.

    6. You don't have to win every argument. Stay true to yourself.

    7. Cry with someone. It's more healing than crying alone.

    8. It's OK to get angry with God. He can take it.

    9. Save for retirement starting with your first paycheck.

    10. When it comes to chocolate, resistance is futile.

    11. Make peace with your past so it won't screw up the future.

    12. It's OK to let your children see you cry.

    13. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.

    14. If a relationship has to be a secret, you shouldn't be in it.

    15. Everything can change in the blink of an eye, but don't worry, God never blinks.

16.. Take a deep breath. It calms the mind.

    17. Get rid of anything that isn't useful. Clutter weighs you down in many ways.

    18. Whatever doesn't kill you really does make you stronger.

    19. It's never too late to be happy. But it's all up to you and no one else.

    20. When it comes to going after what you love in life, don't take no for an answer.

    21. Burn the candles, use the nice sheets, wear the fancy lingerie. Don't save it for a special occasion. Today is special.

    22. Over prepare, then go with the flow.

    23. Be eccentric now. Don't wait for old age to wear purple.

    24. The most important sex organ is the brain.

    25. No one is in charge of your happiness but you.

    26. Frame every so-called disaster with these words 'In five years, will this matter?'

    27. Always choose life.

    28. Forgive

    29. What other people think of you is none of your business.

    30. Time heals almost everything. Give time time.

    31. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.

    32. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.

    33. Believe in miracles.

    34. God loves you because of who God is, not because of anything you did or didn't do.

    35. Don't audit life. Show up and make the most of it now.

    36. Growing old beats the alternative of dying young.

    37. Your children get only one childhood.

    38. All that truly matters in the end is that you loved.

    39. Get outside every day. Miracles are waiting everywhere.

    40. If we all throw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else's, we'd grab ours back.

    41. Envy is a waste of time. Accept what you already have, not what you want.

    42. The best is yet to come...

    43. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.

    44. Yield.

    45. Life isn't tied with a bow, but it's still a gift."

PSYCHIC PROTECTION (AN EXCERPT FROM MY PSYCHIC DEVELOPMENT BOOK: THE JOURNEY TO SPIRIT)

    PSYCHIC PROTECTION

There is often a problem at night for those who are beginning their psychic development journey. You see when you initially open up to the world of the Spirit realms, there are those spirits, who basically think they can have some fun. These spirits inhabit the Astral plane, this is the lowest of the several spiritual realms and its is on this realm that inhabit earth bound spirits, i.e. those who feel they are trapped in a period of limbo, it could possibly be something traumatic that is holding them there, but often or not it is spirit who are denying the light and unwilling to accept good or it is the mischievous 'Lower Elementals' nature spirits. Lower Elementals are purely Earth Spirits i.e nymphs, fairies, elves etc who like nothing better but to have some wicked fun. Sometimes and again following the laws of the Universe there are lower entities from the dark side. These often take the form of flying creatures and what I can best describe as resembling gargoyles, these entities feed on negativity, so the best way to avoid them is by keeping a positive mind set.

What is important to remember, NOTHING CAN HARM YOU. OK they may give you a good fright but that is all they can do, no spirit, good, bad or indifferent can possess you in anyway, contrary to what folklore would have you believe.

The Universe does operate on a series of laws i.e. 'The law of attraction' where like attracts like and it is this law that is in operation that can cause a few problems. You have to remember we as humans are 'Spirit' in a physical body whilst we are on Earth and we all develop spiritually at different rates. The whole concept of being on Earth is to help us develop spiritually, with each incarnation we grow more spiritually and the older the soul the more experienced and spiritual we become.

To explain we understand more about compassion, empathy and understanding and we become more positive and pure of heart. However for those beginning on their Psychic development journey, those experiences are not as strong and they have not developed so spiritually and more prone to negative thinking coupled with the fact their 'mind discipline' is not so astute and controlled as someone who is more experienced psychically. Therein lies the problem which leads me back to the problem lower elementals and earth bound spirits. Now whilst we are awake we are firmly on earth, earth after all is our classroom, whereby we interact with others to enrich our experiences and learn, compassion, empathy etc. but whilst we are asleep, our spirits travel the Astral Planes, in effect we are allowed home at night to interact with the world of spirit, where we may communicate with our loved ones in spirit etc. It is when we are fully relaxed and asleep our protection is at its weakest for the inexperienced developing psychic so they may become the victim of the mischievous lower elementals and earth bound spirits. Now couple this with the 'Law of attraction' and you attract your current type of energy, i.e. if you are a negative thinker, you will attract this type of spirit and likewise if you are a positive thinker you will attract a positive energy form.

So what can be done to get rid of these nightly problems? We firstly remember NOTHING CAN HARM YOU NOR POSSESS YOU and they will only frighten you if you allow them to do so. Easier said than done but the key here is MIND DISCIPLINE and we do this in development class through visualization and meditation, so we develop a strong mind and will power, this is the basis of Psychic Protection ~ the strength of will.

You have a choice, we all do for remember no matter for whatever reason we came to earth to experience we also have free will. So we can choose to develop our experiences and many latent Mediums start off in this way, some don't progress this far but do develop their psychic abilities, or we can suppress and ignore these abilities, we all have free will. If you wish to develop your ability, then its best to find a good development group and many of these groups can be found in Spiritualist Churches, many others can be found under the guidance of an experienced Medium. If you do not want to take this ability any further that is fine also, but if you do not want these experiences and disturbances, then you need to refrain from reading and dabbling in psychic subjects and if you do get disturbed you have to show no fear when these experiences happen. If this doesn't work then simple table salt sprinkled in the corners of rooms, should be enough to chase them away.

Supposing you wish to follow the development path, well remember Universal Laws, there is good and bad, there is a continual balancing of the Universe and Like attracts like, the more spiritual you become the less likely you are to be bothered in this way, if you have good and pure thoughts and don't dwell on the lower side of life, you wont attract this type of energy. At some point all developing Mediums will be shown the dark side, it's a right of passage and I defy any Medium to say they haven't experienced this. In order to understand good, you need to understand the bad, so you can deal with it. How do we deal with the negative and bad we do this through strength of mind for to chase away the bad we need to do so with conviction. We develop strength of mind through the art of Meditation. You will find the better we become in meditating the stronger our minds become, so we are able to turn on and off psychic and mediumistic abilities. We need to be able to do this so we can deal with these entities and communicate more effectively with the world of spirit and also it's very exhausting being tuned in all the time, it uses a great deal of energy up. We also need to learn to protect ourselves from negative energy as this can be terribly exhausting too and you don't need to be a psychic or medium to benefit from this. How many of you have a friend or associate who comes and tells you all their troubles, they make you feel low and tired, of course they go away feeling great, they've off loaded all their negativity onto you. Simple exercises, simply by using visualization can make the world of a difference when dealing with these negative people and protect us when entering negative surroundings.

One of the easiest exercises is to surround yourself in a sealed golden bubble of light, this is done through visualization and it can be found on my blog here another is asking the Angels to come forward to surround and protect you, but these visualizations have to be focused and concentrated when doing so, practice like most things makes perfect. Really if whatever energy it is all you need do is to say go to the light but you must say it with conviction so it knows you mean it and you don't have to shout it out loud either, simply say it in your mind. If all else fails then their is the salt method and this requires you to put a pinch of salt in every corner of the room and a light sprinkling across the door threshold and window sill, the energy wont cross this as salt is protective. The key to any type or variation of psychic protection is to mean and believe it and those nightly visitations will disappear.

The whole basis of psychic development is to be able to turn it off and on when YOU WANT IT and not when the spirit realms want it.

I am often asked various questions pertaining to the spirit world and various aspects of the psychic, here are some of them: I will in time feature more questions and answers as this webpage evolves

    Q. Is a psychic or medium a fortune teller?
    A. It may surprise you to know psychics and mediums are not fortune tellers
    Q. Is it possible to forecast the future?
A.Well not 100% and this is because of free will.
    Q. What is free will?
    A. Free will is YOUR right to decide what you want to do about a situation, it is a choice
    Q. How does free will affect a situation?
    A. Well before we incarnate as Spirit in a human body, we decide on what experiences and challenges that will benefit our spiritual growth. However we are given the choice (free will) as to whether we go through with the experience or challenge. In effect we are allowed to change or mind.
    Q. So are you saying we all know what lies before us?
    A. Well in a way we all do. Remember we are 'Spirit' in a human body and your spirit does retain a memory but it is deep in our subconscious. This memory is retained deeply for a reason to help us fulfill our experiences and challenges we ourselves chose. However it is also at this deep level so we are not so aware. If you knew what lay before you would you go through with it? Probably not but we still retain this memory deeply and this reflects in our Aura.
    Q. So what is the Aura?
A.The aura is The Aura is an electromagnetic field that surrounds living bodies, this includes people, animals, plants and crystals and is composed of several layers that are constantly moving. The Aura links us to whats known as Universal energy i.e. that is all the knowledge in the Universe past, present and future. It is on this aura that psychics are able to tap into and access your past, whats going on in the present and the possible future and I say possible specifically if your goal or desire is dependent on other people, for remember every person involved in a situation has free will.
