OH NO IT'S THAT TIME AGAIN! MERCURY RETROGRADE

ON NO IT'S THAT TIME AGAIN!

If you feel everyone and the world has gone mad have a quick look at the calendar to check the dates, its highly likely that mercury is about to or in the throes of going retrograde*** again. 

Communications go haywire, you end up having stupid rows about nothing, you can't think your head goes all wooly, and to crown it all electrical equipment starts doing bizarre things, more so electrical equipment connected to communication, such as computers, radios and TVs. Don't be surprised either if there seems to sudden road works, and bus, train and flight time tables don't run to plan.

For those of you who are either Gemini or Virgo expect to be doubly affected as Mercury is your ruling planet, though all of us are likely to be affected in someway and of course it also depends too on your accendant and moon sign.

This is not a good time to make major decisions in life nor is it a good time to sign a contract and if you can reschedule then do so, this goes for anything connected with communications, so you can imagine, advertising, journalism, publicity.

Now the best thing to do frankly is hibernate! however this is not practical so what can we do? Well turn this negative time into something positive, use it to reflect on the past, not to go and live in the past, but to see what mistakes you have made, what you have learned and how we can make those lessons productive and make improvements. Inncidently it's a good time to have a good tidy and clear out and sort out your wardrobe and cupboards, however put those articles to one side and don't chuck them out straight away but rather in a holding pile, remember no major decisions and see how you feel when Mercury moves forward again, either way you will have discovered things you had forgotten about and perhaps given them a new life.

• First of all any rows, disagreements that happen in this time DON"T take them seriously, blame Mercury not the other person (ok well give them the benefit of the doubt)
• Back up all your important data twice, just to make sure, don't take chances
• Read all the small print carefully and at least three times better still avoid signing anything
• DON'T go on wild shopping trips, you'll regret it later
• DON'T listen to any rumours nor believe in any gossip, chances are it will all be misconstrued just don't go there
• Get together with friends and talk about the past and what you've learned from it and laugh about it
• Finish things, like DIY, etc.
• DON'T make big plans and decisions
• And if all fails there's also the possibility of hibernation though hopefully you won't have to resort to that!
• Remember too 'IT WILL PASS'.

***A planet is described as retrograde when it appears to be moving backwards through the zodiac. According to modern science, this traditional concept arises in the illusory planetary motion created by the orbital rotation of the earth with relation to other planets in our solar system. It's a bit like travelling on the road watching another car beside you: when the other car slows down, or you speed up, it looks as though the other car is moving backwards. Planets are never actually retrograde or stationary, they just seem that way due to this cosmic shadow-play.
