I am a great believer in Karma, but just what is it? Karma comes from the Sanskrit and ancient Indian Language with the underlying principal that every deed in our lives will affect our future life. For example, if we treat others badly during our lifetime we will have negative experiences later on in that lifetime or in future lifetimes. Likewise, if we treat others well we will be rewarded by positive experiences.

HONEY A WELL KNOWN BEAUTY SECRET

The £8.49 jar of honey that can be used as a face mask and 'reverses signs of ageing by 10 years'

A new 'sticky' face pack made from honey which claims to reverse the ageing process by up to 10 years goes on sale today.
Active Chilean Rainforest Honey is said to smooth fine lines on the face, neck and hands while tightening the skin.
Used twice a day for 20 minutes, it is also said to be twice as good as normal moisturisers at reducing stretch marks, and for preventing sunburnt skin from peeling.
Bee's knees: Active Chilean Rainforest Honey is said to smooth fine lines on the face, neck and hands while tightening the skin
Bee's knees: Active Chilean Rainforest Honey, which costs £8.49 a jar - is derived from the nectar of the Quillay, Tineo and Ulmo trees, native to the Valdivian rainforest of southern Chile
Studies show the honey - which is also edible - is significantly more potent than Manuka, the much-hyped 'superfood' from New Zealand.
Active Chilean Rainforest Honey is already a phenomenon in America - the obesity and sunbed capital of the world - where sales have grown by 400 per cent since April.
Boots and High Street health food stores say they are expecting an 'unprecedented rush' in the coming weeks.
Jamie Christie, of British manufacturer The Active Honey Company, said the anti-ageing properties came as a surprise.
But he added: 'Active Chilean Rainforest Honey is a wonderful product as it can be used in such a variety of ways.
Miracle product? Used twice a day for 20 minutes, it is also said to be twice as good as normal moisturisers

'The latest, it appears, is for a facial mask.
'It is incredibly popular in the United States and, judging by the feedback we've received, it looks set to become something of a 'hit' in the UK, too.'
The honey - which costs £8.49 a jar - is derived from the nectar of the Quillay, Tineo and Ulmo trees, native to the Valdivian rainforest of southern Chile.
Unlike normal supermarket honey, which is pasteurised, it contains a treasure chest of 'raw' nutritional value including an abundance of vitamins and minerals.
Local Chilean tribes have used it to treat wounds and common skin ailments for centuries. But modern practitioners are recognising its value, too.
It is naturally acidic, high in antioxidants, and releases a small amount of hydrogen peroxide that has been shown to fight the three types of bacteria that commonly infect wounds - including the notorious MRSA 'superbug'.
A clinical study in 2009 by the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin found Active Honey from Chile killed more bacteria than its 'rival', Manuka.
The secret to Chilean Rainforest Honey's anti-ageing properties could lie in the presence of enzymes, which break down scar tissue and make ageing and sun-damaged skin more elastic.
There have been no clinical studies but the company claims the users have reported looking ten years younger in a matter of weeks.
Mr Christie said British consumers have already placed almost 1,000 online orders in the last fortnight.
'It's one of the most exciting skincare products to hit the shelves in Britain for a decade, no question,' he said.
But he admitted: 'Chilean Rainforest Honey does have one, small drawback when used as a face cream - it's a bit sticky.'

DON'T SHOOT THE MESSENGER

ON GIVING READINGS

As you know my other job as well as writing is as a psychic medium. I have to be truthful in readings and I have to give the info I am given, that does not mean I am tactless but I cannot give false hope either, yet the Universe is always changing it is for this reason its impossible to be totally accurate as we all have freewill and its this freewill that influences destiny. I'm not a fortune teller but a psychic medium and there is a difference, I work with energies found in the aura and I talk to spirit and because they exist on a higher vibration it can be difficult obtaining and gleaming all the information as these vibrations resonate very fast. I therefore cannot and do not make readings up and I do try to give survival evidence to give credence to the reading. Where would be the integrity otherwise?

So why is it when you give the answers to questions asked people dislike what you tell them. They dislike the fact they can't have the outcome they wish. We don't always get what we want but we do get what we need. Needs and wants and two very different things. Life is not easy its a learning and growing curve so therefore we are given challenges to teach us patience, understanding, compassion, empathy and humility. Some of those challenges will not be pleasant and some of our wishes won't happen at the time we want them and some won't happen at all, but there is a reason for this for the Universe has something better in store for us.

Let me give an example Sue wants to date Peter but Peter is in love with Kate and no way is interested in anyone else so that wish is not going to come true. There is a rule within the Universe you can have whatever you want with the proviso its not detrimental to anyone else. So when this happens in a reading I have to be honest. This does not mean Sue is not going to find love, she will but it will be with someone the Universe feels is better for her, however more often what happens is the messenger gets shot.

PYSCHIC PROTECTION

 PSYCHIC PROTECTION THE BASICS

I have written about Psychic Protection before, but there is often a problem at night for those who are beginning their psychic development journey. You see when you initially open up to the world of the Spirit realms, their are those spirits, who basically think they can have some fun. These spirits inhabit the Astral plane, this is the lowest of the several spiritual relams and its is on this realm that inhabit earth bound spirits, i.e. those who feel they are trapped in a period of limbo, it could possibly be something traumatic that is holding them there, but often or not it is spirit who are denying the light and unwilling to accept good or it is the mischievious 'Lower Elementals' nature spirits. Lower Elementals are purely Earth Spirits i.e nymphs, fairies, elves etc. who like nothing better but to have some wicked fun.

What is important to remember, NOTHING CAN HARM YOU. OK they may give you a good fright but that is all they can do, no spirit, good, bad or indifferent can possess you in anyway, contrary to what folklore would have you believe.

The Universe does operate on a series of laws i.e. 'The law of attraction' where like attracts like and it is this law that is in operation that can cause a few problems. You have to remember we as humans are 'Spirit' in a physical body whilst we are on Earth and we all develop spiritually at different rates. The whole concept of being on Earth is to help us develop spiritually, with each incarnation we grow more spiritually and the older the soul the more experienced and spiritual we become.

To explain we understand more about compassion, empathy and understanding and we become more positive and pure of heart. However for those beginning on their Psychic development journey, those experiences are not as strong and they have not developed so spiritually and more prone to negative thinking coupled with the fact their 'mind discipline' is not so astute and controlled as someone who is more experienced psychically. Therein lies the problem which leads me back to the problem lower elementals and earth bound spirits. Now whilst we are awake we are firmly on earth, earth after all is our classroom, whereby we interact with others to enrich our experiences and learn, compassion, empathy etc. but whilst we are asleep, our spirits travel the Astral Planes, in effect we are allowed home at night to interact with the world of spirit, where we may communicate with our loved ones in spirit etc. It is when we are fully relaxed and asleep our protection is at its weakest for the inexperienced developing psychic so they may become the victim of the mischievous lower elementals and earth bound spirits. Now couple this with the 'Law of attraction' and you attract your current type of energy, ie. if you are a negative thinker, you will attract this type of spirit and likewise if you are a positive thinker you will attract a positive energy form.

So what can be done to get rid of these nightly problems? We firstly remember NOTHING CAN HARM YOU NOR POSSESS YOU and they will only frighten you if you allow them to do so. Easier said than done but the key here is MIND DISCIPLINE and we do this in development class through visualisation and meditatation, so we develop a strong mind and will power, this is the basis of Psychic Protection ~ the strength of will.

One of the easiest exercises is to surround yourself in a sealed golden bubble of light, this is done through visualisation and it can be found on my blog here another is asking the Angels to come forward to surround and protect you, but these visualistions have to be focused and concentrated when doing so, practice like most things makes perfect. Really if whatever energy it is all you need do is to say go to the light but you must say it with conviction so it knows you mean it and you don't have to shout it out loud either, simply say it in your mind. If all else fails then their is the salt method and this requires you to put a pinch of salt in every corner of the room and a light sprinkling across the door threshold and window sill, the energy wont cross this as salt is protective. The key to any type or variation of psychic protection is to mean and believe it and those nightly visitations will disappear.

The whole basis of psychic development is to be able to turn it off and on when YOU WANT IT and not when the spirit realms want it.

KEEP YOUNG AND BEAUTIFUL

As you know this blog is dedicated to looking and feeling your best emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually, in other words Holistically, so to inspire you I have enclosed this article from the Daily Mail, to show you, being beautiful and staying young doesn't require Botox or facelifts. Being young and beautiful comes from the inside

We've frozen time! They've never been near a surgeon's knife. So how have these women defied ageing?

As women nationwide spend thousands in the ongoing quest for eternal youth, three over-fifties who have been surgery-free all their lives share the secret of how they defied the ageing process...

Suzan Clements aged 52
Jill Thornton today aged 57
Teresa Fuller now aged 66

Suzan Clements (left) is 52; Jill Thornton (centre) is 57 and Teresa Fuller (right) is 66

SUZAN, 52, STOPPED AGEING AT 42

Suzan Clements works as a land and country house estate agent, and also runs an import business. She is divorced with  a 19-year-old daughter and  lives in the village of Gedling, Nottinghamshire.

The other day, I was chatting to a client when I found myself using the old phrase: ‘Oh, when you get to my age . . .’ She looked at me, aghast, and said: ‘What do you mean, your age?’ When I confessed I was 52, she seemed genuinely shocked. She thought I was still in my 30s!
Now, that incident was extremely flattering — and I’m the first to admit anything under 40 may have been pushing it — but I’m frequently mistaken for being ten years younger than I am. I’d say I stopped ageing around 42 — that’s how I look on the outside and how I feel on the inside, but it’s taken some effort.
Suzan Clements ten years ago
Suzan Clements aged 52
'I'm a true believer in health and vitality coming from within,' said Suzan Cements who stopped ageing at 42 (left). She is now 52 (right)
My secret is a deliberate change I made to my lifestyle and attitude as my mid-40s approached. As I started to head towards 50, I started to feel I was stuck in a rut — a general dissatisfaction at the way my life was heading. I knew it was time to give myself a good talking to.
I made a conscious decision to change the things I wasn’t happy with, without the help of therapists or cosmetic surgery. Instead, the new positive me focused on what I have to be thankful for; great family, friends and lifestyle.
Yes, I was divorced, but I still had a fabulous relationship with my ex-husband and I started to relish my independence and the things I could still do with my life.

I moved to a detached cottage in the countryside, where I now wake up every morning to the sound of birdsong.
And I make a real effort to eat properly — a Mediterranean diet made up of three meals a day packed with lots of fresh salad and fish, and no processed foods. I also meditate and take my little Jack Russell for long walks every day.
I appreciate that a lot of looking young for your age is down to good genes — and luck — but there are certain things that help. I’m a great believer in the health properties of Chinese puerh tea. I drink it every day, and it’s said to be a great metabolism booster. Victoria Beckham is apparently a fan.
I’m a true believer in health and vitality coming from within — that I’ve ‘thought’ myself younger. And long may it continue.
JILL, 57, STOPPED AGEING AT 44
Jill Thornton, 57, is a pilates instructor from Guildford. She is married to consultant gastroenterologist John and has  three sons, Alex, 28, James, 26,  and 20-year-old Miles.
Why should women feel ashamed to admit they look good for their age? I think my body is in pretty good nick.
In fact, it would be considered impressive for a woman 30 years younger than me — which is pretty good going when you consider I am close to being 60.
I am very proud of my figure, and my looks are very important to me, so it always gives me pleasure when clients at my pilates classes express surprise at my age.
Jill Thornton aged 44
Jill Thornton today aged 57
'I took up pilates 13 years ago after three pregnancies left me with a weak back and I think I stopped ageing around then, at 44 (left),' said Jill Thornton who is now 57 (right)
I think like a young person, too. I get on far better with my sons’ friends than I do with people my own age. Too many women sink into middle age, dress in horrid clothes and let their figures go.
I could never do that and on the whole I find older people boring.
I took up pilates 13 years ago after three pregnancies left me with a weak back and I think I stopped ageing around then, at 44.
The pain and restricted movement I suffered was very draining. I felt I moved like an old lady, which left me feeling like one, too.
The gentle pilates exercises I took up really helped — toning and strengthening deep abdominal muscles, which helped my back so much.
In fact, my experience with pilates was so positive I decided to train as an instructor and qualified in 2000. Now I teach eight classes a week, plus one-to-one sessions.
I think pilates keeps me looking young because it affects the way I move, which is always such a giveaway in older women.
And although I have my fair share of wrinkles, I am convinced regular exercise helps to keep my face looking younger as it flushes my skin with oxygen. I never look better than after a workout, when my face is pink, invigorated and alive. I see other women my age and their skin looks dead and grey.
But I’m not a saint — I have had Botox about once a year since I turned 50, on the deep furrow between my eyes, and I’ve tried skin peels and other treatments.
I don’t think I’ll ever resort to plastic surgery, as there are enough beauty treatments out there to try. And anyway, I plan on keeping up my pilates for as long as I am able, so hopefully it won’t be necessary.
TERESA, 66, STOPPED AGEING AT 49
Teresa Fuller, 66, is a support worker from Downham Market, Norfolk. She has two grown-up sons, Marcus, 39, and James, 35, and a four-year-old grandson, Matthew. She is also a diet consultant.

Two years ago, I wouldn’t recognise the woman who stood before me in the mirror.
This woman hobbled around on painful and swollen legs that were struggling under her size-18 frame. Her clothes were frumpy and shapeless. And worst of all, this woman  was me. I felt about 70. I disguised my self-loathing with a cheery smile on the outside. But on the inside, I hated myself.
Fast-forward two years and the other day someone tried to guess my age. ‘49?’ she said. I could have kissed her. But it’s true. All too often these days, people assume I’m in my late 40s or early 50s — when actually I’m 66.
Teresa Fuller in 1993 aged 49
Teresa Fuller now aged 66
'It took me six months to get to my target weight of nine-and-a-half stone. Finally, I could love my body,' said Teresa Fuller who stopped ageing at 49 (left). She is 66 (right)
So how did I give myself such a huge makeover — and, more importantly, not just freeze my age, but reverse it by as much as 17 years? I was always so slim as a youngster. I was a keen horsewoman and I even did a bit of modelling for a local boutique — but lapsed into bad habits as I crept into middle age.
A bad fall from my horse left me with a lot of knee problems, and then good living and inactivity saw the weight pile on.
At my heaviest, I weighed more than 14 stone, which was way too much for my  5ft 4in frame.
My knees were a constant source of pain, and despite being told repeatedly that it would help enormously if I lost weight, I just couldn’t do it. I tried, and failed, just about every diet going.
Then in January last year came my turning point. I was recuperating from excruciating knee surgery which kept me indoors and unable to run around with my little grandson like I dearly wanted to.
That’s when I saw an advert for the Cambridge Weight Plan in the newspaper and decided to go for it.
The plan involves replacing meals with calorie-controlled soups and shakes, and weekly one-to-one sessions with a counsellor. I couldn’t just cut down on carbs, or cut out desserts — for me it had to be all or nothing, which is why I picked such a strict regime.
It wasn’t easy, but it took me six months to get to my target weight of nine-and-a-half stone. Finally, I could love my body — and the reflection that stared back at me from the mirror.
Today, I’ve swapped the stretchy, voluminous granny trousers for trendy size-12 High Street designs and I feel ten years younger. Although the compliments are fantastic, what I love most is how I feel inside. I finally feel like me again.

WHEN ONE DOOR CLOSES ANOTHER BECOMES AJAR

'ello 'ello 'ello! The Bill's Reg set for Hollywood stardom after winning best actor award

A former actor from The Bill has won hearts and awards in America.
Jeff Stewart, who played dopey Reg Hollis in ITV's The Bill for 24 years, has won a Best Actor Award at the Manhattan Film Festival.
His new film Under Jakob's Ladder, which also picked up the award for Best Film, has now launched Jeff into Hollywood stardom and he has already been signed up to five other movie projects.

55-year-old Jeff told the Sun: 'When they said, 'The best actor goes to Jeff Stewart' a cold shiver went from the tips of my toes to the top of my head and to the end of my fingers.
'I heard the announcement but it was like, 'Did he really say that?'
'I slowly walked up on stage. I said to the audience, 'This is absolutely extraordinary. This is amazing'. I thanked everyone.
It has been a 'hell of a journey' for Jeff who attempted to commit suicide three and half years ago after being fired from his popular role as PC Reg Hollis on The Bill.

After 24 years on the popular ITV1 police show Jeff was told that Reg would be axed in January 2008.
Whilst the actor was also facing difficult times off screen, the news came as  shock and Jeff felt betrayed by the show.
He told the newspaper: 'I felt I had been badly let down.'
After hearing the plans from the shows producers Jeff went back to his dressing room and still dazed by the news he slit his wrists.
As he began to black out he changed his mind and rang the front desk for help.
Luckily he was found in time and was rushed from the studios in Merton, South West London to hospital.

'I didn't see a counsellor, it was evident I was OK and I never worried how it would affect my career.
'I thought, 'I have a choice, you can either stagnate or blossom'' he added.
When pictures of Jeff emerged on the internet sporting a full beard, fans presumed he was still suffering depression however, Jeff defended his scruffy appearance as a way to distance himself from the clean shaven Reg with whom he had become synonymous.
He said: 'I didn't cut my hair for three years. It was a thought-out, deliberate choice.
'I thought, 'I have to look as different as possible'.

The beard worked, because Jeff made four films with that look and one of those films was the award winning Under Jakob's Ladder.
After auditioning for the film over the telephone, he flew to the states and won the role of Jakob Seel, a German living in 1940s Soviet Russia.
The film, which is about Stalin's secret police in the anti-religous state, was made in 21 days on a small budget of only £200,000 by brothers Robert and Nann Nunoz - the grandsons of real-life Jakob.
The film is now expected to be picked up by a big film studio after it will be shown at the London and Berlin film festivals.

WHO NEEDS BOTOX OR FILLERS ETC. BEAUTY REALLY DOES COME FROM THE SOUL

an insult I recieved where someone accused me of lying about my looks LOL!

You may well ask why this is on here, well its to prove you can look good without fillers and botox and a facelift, it is possible. Prevention is the biggest part of it as damage is hard to rectify but even the worst neglected badly treated skin can be improved by looking after your health. It's not just what you put on your skin but what goes into your body, but not only that, your well being is the most important element of all that has to come from within 'YOUR HEART' This leads me to the snapshot above. I was complimenting a 58 year old lady as she was saying her looks were down to a good heart, you can see I agreed with her as I write this blog to tell others the secret to looking good and I gave her the link and out of no where she insults me LOL! And this comes from a lady with a 'good heart' make your own conclusions about that LOL! I couldn't get all the conversation in the frame but it got a lot more insulting, needless really as I was paying her a compliment and agreeing beauty comes from the heart and soul. And so to my blog here you will find tips and solutions on how to achieve well being and allow your souls' beauty to shine through, you really don't need botox and fillers etc, it truly does come from within.

AN ALTAR SPELL

AN ALTAR LOVE SPELL

An altar is a place of power - your personal power - where you can make magic. It should be an expression of your deepest self, filled with artifacts that hold personal resonance. Allow your altar to be a work-in-progress that changes with the seasons and reflects your inner cycles.

To create your altar, find a small table and drape it in richly colored, luxurious fabrics - perhaps red satin or a burgundy velvet scarf. Take one red and one pink candle and arrange them around a sweet-smelling incense such as amber, rose or jasmine. Decorate your altar with tokens that represent love to you: a heart-shaped chunk of ruby glass, potpourri made with rose and amethyst, a photo of your lover.

Fridays are the time for spelling love, right before dawn. Before you light your candles, anoint them with oil of jasmine or rose. Scent your wrists, your throat and the skin over your heart with the same oil you used on the candle.

If you desire sexual results, gaze into the flame of the red candle. If your desire is affection of flirtation, look into the pink candle instead. This simple spell, said aloud, will create loving magic:

Venus, cast your light on me,

A Goddess for today I'll be.

A lover, strong and brave and true

I seek as a reflection of you.

RELATIONSHIP ISSUES

I have borrowed this article below from an article on Yahoo. All too late we can wake up after we have made the relationship permanent or there are children involved. Our vision is often clouded by the rosy tinted hues of love and those heady passionate days early on in a relationship. We think oh it will be ok, he/she might change. The sad truth is like the old saying, "You cannot teach an old dog new tricks". Many of these traits below are formed early on in a persons' life and the only way you have a hope of teaching someone its wrong to be controlling or aggressive is to make a stand and tell them its unacceptable. Whilst this advice may risk the relationship when you stand up to this bullying (aggression and controlling) it's better that than finding yourself being physically and mentally abused especially if in later years you have children in this relationship. If he/she are not willing to change then its not much of a relationship worth saving and one you certainly don't need. A relationship should be one of equal partnership and mutual understanding and compromise.

None of us are perfect, we all have faults and flaws but life is for learning and mostly we learn from mistakes and rectify them. Have the courage to politely say you are not happy and state how you feel and you can do this, without pointing the finger or being aggressive to the other person. The only way you will solve problems is with dialogue and communication and MUTUAL compromise and empathy. The reasons why we are incarnated on Earth really, to learn and grow.

 ARTICLE FROM YAHOO BELOW

Relationship behaviour you should never put up with
Arguments and disagreements are a healthy part of being together but certain relationship behaviour can highlight more serious issues that could even put you in danger. We identify the key warning signs that indicate it’s time to move on.

Aggression
Not all aggressive behaviour should be seen as a danger sign. It’s natural for someone to lose their temper occasionally, but a pattern of violent threats or even physical abuse towards you are the clearest warning you need to extricate yourself from the relationship. Kate Taylor, relationship expert at Match.com offers this tip on how to spot this type of behaviour before it’s too late, “Aggression shows a lack of control which might one day be directed towards you, perhaps violently. You often see this early on, directed towards animals, children or people felt to be ‘beneath’ the aggressor. If it’s directed at someone you know, it’s only a matter of time before it’s directed at you.”

Moodiness
A recent survey published by the American Psychological Association found that women were more attracted to moody men than those with a cheerful smile. This is a worrying revelation since excessive moodiness and grumpiness are an indicator that your partner is using selfish emotional mind games to manipulate you. Kate says, “People who don’t bother to moderate their moods – or even simply warn you about them – are putting their feelings way before yours. They feel self-centred, as if they deserve love no matter how they behave and you shouldn’t put up with it.”

Lack of respect
One of the most basic of expectations from any relationship is mutual respect for each other. While you may not share the same tastes or have the same opinion, your other half should always be respectful of you. Kate says, “If someone is disrespectful of your possessions, your time or your feelings, they are displaying their own feelings of superiority. Don’t tolerate it. Instead, call them on this behaviour calmly and quietly. If they persist, finish with them. You can spot this on the first few dates – if a new partner is rude or abrasive with waiting staff in a restaurant, for example, realise that one day they will behave exactly like that towards you.”

Dishonesty
Both men and women tell the occasional white lie - be it to protect the other person or save hurting their feelings - but if your partner seems to be caught in the perpetual pattern of deception, it’s time to flag up the issue. “Dishonesty destroys trust, which is the backbone of every healthy relationship. Even the smallest lies are destructive, creating doubt and anxiety.” explains Kate, “If you catch your partner out in a lie, immediately point it out to them and ask them why they felt they couldn’t tell the truth. If their answer fails to reassure you, leave.”

Control issues
If you feel as though your partner tries to have too much sway over how you spend your time, whom you see and what you do, there could be some control issues at play. According to Kate this is usually a sign of insecurity, “A controlling person fears rejection so hugely, they will manipulate situations to get the outcome they want. This is behaviour usually learned in childhood, if parents were angry or inconsistent. Be aware though, not all such behaviour is ‘controlling’, some is simply caring. A partner asking you to call them when you arrive somewhere, for example, is just expressing concern, but a partner stopping you calling anyone when you’re together is being controlling.”

NEW BOOK FROM AUTHOR AND MEDIUM MAGGIE BROWN: PORTRAIT OF LOVE~TALES OF THE SEA

This collection of poems is split into two sections: In "TALES OF THE SEA ~ A LOVE STORY IN VERSE" I have used the analogy of the sea to describe a love story. It really does not matter if the characters are somewhat strange, the emotions felt are just the same. The rest of this collection comprises of mainly love and inspirational poetry, much of which I channel from Spirit, exploring all aspects of love. Many, too, explore the philosophy of life and are designed to uplift and challenge the reader into looking at life and love from a different point of view. I have written these verses from the heart and I hope they will touch yours.

IS IT REALLY POSSIBLE TO FORECAST THE FUTURE AND OTHER QUESTIONS?

I am often asked various questions pertaining to the spirit world and various aspects of the psychic, here are some of them: I will in time feature more questions and answers as this webpage evolves

Q. Is a psychic or medium a fortune teller?
A. It may surprise you to know psychics and mediums are not fortune tellers
Q. Is it possible to forecast the future?
A.Well not 100% and this is because of free will.
Q. What is free will?
A. Free will is YOUR right to decide what you want to do about a situation, it is a choice
Q. How does free will affect a situation?
A. Well before we incarnate as Spirit in a human body, we decide on what experiences and challenges that will benefit our spiritual growth. However we are given the choice (free will) as to whether we go through with the experience or challenge. In effect we are allowed to change or mind.
Q. So are you saying we all know what lies before us?
A. Well in a way we all do. Remember we are 'Spirit' in a human body and your spirit does retain a memory but it is deep in our subconscious. This memory is retained deeply for a reason to help us fulfill our experiences and challenges we ourselves chose. However it is also at this deep level so we are not so aware. If you knew what lay before you would you go through with it? Probably not but we still retain this memory deeply and this reflects in our Aura.
Q. So what is the Aura?
A.The aura is The Aura is an electromagnetic field that surrounds living bodies, this includes people, animals, plants and crystals and is composed of several layers that are constantly moving. The Aura links us to whats known as Universal energy i.e. that is all the knowledge in the Universe past, present and future. It is on this aura that psychics are able to tap into and access your past, whats going on in the present and the possible future and I say possible specifically if your goal or desire is dependent on other people, for remember every person involved in a situation has free will.
