HOPE AND TRUST

'THE WISH CARD' FROM 'THE MYTHIC TAROT' DEPICTING PANDORA OPENING THE BOX SHE WAS ORDERED NOT TO LETTING OUT ALL PESTILENCE TO MAN, BUT 'HOPE' REMAINED

I don't normally post my poetry on here as I do this on my other site Astridestella.org however when there is so much negativity around, it's easy to loose hope. I know it's hard to stay positive but this is the very thing you must do. One of the laws of the Universe, is "The law of attraction, (like attracts like)" Therefore negative energy attracts more negative energy and likewise positive energy attracts more positivity. So by keeping positive you will keep hope alive and more positivity will come your way. Just for one day at a time, just give it a try and say today I'll be positive, tomorrow I can think how I normally do, but when tomorrow comes do the same again, believe me it does work.

HOPE AND TRUST

There's dark clouds on the horizon and the sky maybe grey

But nothing will faze me whatever comes my way

For I have hope in my heart and hold trust in my soul

And these are my weapons to defeat negativity in the world

For although it seems dark all around within me the sun it shines

So storms my blow and do their worst for I just know I'll be fine

It's not an easy path to tread, many hazards are there to make you trip and fall

But with a little courage you too can believe and what you really need you can have it all

Doubt is negativity's weapon don't concede and let it in

Believe in your heart and know you deserve for then Hope and trust will dwell within

BEAUTY REVIEW BALANCE PRODUCTS

Today I am writing about Balance Products. Now having a medical background as well as being a beauty therapy lecturer I am giving the thumbs up to these three products below. As I have written many times on this site, nothing can permeate the dermis unless its UV light, aromatherapy essential oils or medications, you will know cosmetics cannot penetrate down into the dermis and can only affect the epidermis. So don't expect huge miracles and instant wrinkle remove effects but it certainly softens and hydrates the skin and a hydrated skin has fewer lines than a dry skin. These Synake products are not Botox so don't expect the same effects but if you are looking for a product to improve your skin's texture and hydration levels this is great and they leave the skin radiant. Unlike many skin creams they are not expensive and I don't see the point in wasting money on expensive creams that don't live up to their claims. I have been using them daily for the last couple of weeks and very pleased with them the only other product I use on my skin is Smashbox BB cream a light tinted moisturiser to even out my skin's tone.

If you want to lessen the effects of ageing these products make a good start, however you still have to avoid UV light, smoking and drink plenty of water and have a good balanced diet. The solution to a young looking skin is prevention

ALWAYS TRUST YOUR GUT INSTINCT, IT'S ALWAYS CORRECT

One of the most import thing that I have learnt is to trust my gut instinct. I am continually having this reinforced, and that we are all different and each of us have different views on things and that because they may not be mainstream that does not necessarily make them wrong. We cannot judge anyone unless we have lived their life in their shoes, for how can we know how their experiences have led them to their opinions.

Many of us have forgotten to tap into our sixth sense. This is an instinctive sense that helped us avoid danger as we were evolving. Animals still use theirs and anybody that has a pet, cat or dog will be very much aware at how astute their sixth sense it. When you do use it, you will be amazed how uncannily accurate it is and to use it, its that very first answer you get without having to think about it. If you have to think about the answer you seek, you are not using your sixth sense/intuition but using your rational mind. It's is this sense that psychics use and they are adept at it as they are more sensitive than the norm.

Like a muscle you have to use it for to develop it and the more you practise using it, the better and easier it gets.

I've learned  my intuition is always right and it never lets me down. Although I meet new people all the time and I may not have the same viewpoint as them, I know intuitively that it is likely their experiences in life that have led them to form their opinions. My intuition has taught me whom to trust and whom not to.

For the cynical amongst you, relying on a gut instinct may seem far fetched. For me, well I have the utmost faith in it and seen it demonstrated time and time again, particuarly when doing platform readings to a hall full of complete strangers and I have the trust in it to give accurate readings. What better proof is there!

A SPELL TO STOP MALICIOUS GOSSIP

This spell is from THE SPELLS BIBLE by Ann-Marie Gallagher

 

A friend asked me for a particular spell to protect her from a wrong doer so I thought I would share it here with my readers. Now it is wrong to wish harm on another person as it will only come back on you, but what you can do, is send it back, whatever thoughts they have of you. You are merely protecting yourself.

Although this spell can be cast at anytime it is the most powerful when cast on a dark moon, this is the best time for psychic protection spells.

Ingredients

One black candle 6 to 8 inches in length / 15 to 20 cm
Matches or a lighter
Strands of hair from the wrong doer (easier than you think and no you don't have to creep up behind them with a pair of scissors or pull out their hair. Most people have a few loose hairs on their shoulder or clothing so nonchalantly you can wander up say hello and pick up one or two stray hairs of their collar)
One 4 inch / 10 cm length of black woollen thread
One circular mirror at least 4 inches / 10 cm in diameter
One container of salt with a flow hole
An open fire in a grate, a brazier or a bonfire outside

Method

Cast the spell in your sacred space ideally a circle in the middle of a room that you use for spell work
Light the candle whilst saying

Dark of moon
All powers surround
Bless this space as sacred ground
Ill confine and harm confound
As I walk this circle round

Walk the circle in a counter clockwise direction carrying the candle with you
Return to the centre and set the candle down
Tie the strands of hair in a tight knot with the black wool whilst saying

(Name of wrong doer) by my actions you are bound

Place the hair in the centre of the mirror and pour a circle of salt around it whilst saying

As I make this circle round

Breathe onto the mirror and throw the hair and salt into the fire whilst saying

Evil's death
By my breath

This should stop them bad mouthing you, by doing this you are not wishing them harm all you are doing is stopping them from bad mouthing you

BELOW IS AN EXCERPT FROM MY PSYCHIC DEVELOPMENT BOOK "THE JOURNEY TO SPIRIT"

 

I decided to write this book as everyone has a psychic ability. We are all born with it but so seldom do we use it to its best ability. It originated as part of our survival mechanism to help keep us safe and out of danger, but through the centuries that have gone by most of us have allowed this great resource to lie latent. Animals still use theirs to their best ability; they've had no one to tell them not to use it. It's neither fearful, nor creepy but another sense bestowed upon us we've allowed to lie dormant. I also want to dispel the myths and misconceptions about Psychics and Mediums.

Basically when I link with spirit, it's just like having a three way chat, only difference is that, the client, can't see or hear who I am speaking to, this does not mean I will make up a reading, far from it I will first of all obtain 'survival evidence' i.e. proof this person did exist on earth and I look for names, dates, the cause of death and their character and relation to you. I will also look for pieces of unique information only known to the client as evidence their spirit was around i.e. giving me details of what the client has been doing recently etc.

Normally I begin looking for a way to connect with the client, I can use a mantic tool, such as cards, crystals or a palm, for without that connection I cannot proceed. Every reading should be viewed as an experiment, sometimes it doesn't work, sometimes this is the client who is inadvertedly blocking the psychic, all that might be needed is to unfold the arms or uncross the legs sometimes the client is unconsciously closing down their mind. Psychics do need the client's permission to read for them.

Nor are we mind readers. I often get calls asking me, "Can you tell me what my boyfriend/girlfriend or whoever is thinking about me?" The short answer is NO I can't, nor can any psychic medium tell you this. Everybody's thoughts are private, so there is no point in asking, and any psychic medium who tells you they can read minds I'm afraid is making this up. However what we can do is this: we can connect to the boy friend's etc. spirit guide and they can tell us how they are feeling and of course the spirit guide will only tell us what they have permission to tell us. Mind reading is a misconception and myth I'm afraid.

Another fallacy is NO ONE can predict the future accurately, in spite of what you have been led to believe. Psychic mediums are not fortunetellers anybody who thinks or says this is misinformed. It may surprise you to know this but you already know your future, no one else does, for YOU and all of us for that matter, alone planned it, you planned what experiences and challenges YOU wished to go through before you incarnated on earth. However what psychic medium's can do is this: we can tap into your auric field for the vibrations of your past, present and future are there but its down to how good a connection we have. The other fly in the ointment to this process is what's known as 'FREE WILL' Free will is whether we wish to go through with what we alone have planned and of course since everyone has Free will can you now see how practically impossible it is to predict the future accurately? However what I can do is link with Spirit, whether it is loved ones that have passed over or a Spirit Guide and they can more accurately give me some more information as to likely outcomes. They WILL NOT tell me what is coming if there is a spiritual challenge coming up, as this is a teaching experience and something that should not be avoided, and if I was party to this information you might try and avoid it.

The Universe works on a whole set of Universal laws that influence outcomes too and more on Universal laws can be found later in this book

Neither I nor any other psychic medium want a client to go away feeling disappointed but you need to allow us to form a link with you either within your aura or with your spirit guides to gleam information. The vast majority of us work to extremely high ethical standards and we can only tell you, the client what information we receive, nor can we influence Tom, Dick or Harry to be attracted to you or make them like you, we cannot make things up to let you hear what you want to hear. Sometimes you will get information you won't like, this is not the psychic medium's fault, we are only the messengers. However what we can do is this: we can let you know you are loved and supported and guided by spirit, that you are never alone in your darkest hour and are given strength to cope with whatever the Universe throws at us all. Not only that WE CAN PROVE THIS, by giving you survival evidence and by giving us a little time to connect we can hopefully uplift you and that you go away feeling better to having talked with us.

I hope this book not only helps you on your spiritual journey but takes the fear and mystery of how all of this works, To enable you to understand how we progress and how all experiences in life the good and the bad enable us to learn and grow. To me I find if you explain how the Universe and Spirit works it helps the developing students understand why it’s necessary to practice meditation etc. It also enables the student to understand divine timing and why patience is necessary.

Some of you will read this book who wish to develop into Mediums and as you read through these pages you will know if this applies to you. Others will be content working on a psychic level and some of you will just want information and insight into the world of psychics and mediums and to how we work

Above all I hope this book addresses these doubts and encourages others to use such a marvelous gift.
