I am a great believer in Karma, but just what is it? Karma comes from the Sanskrit and ancient Indian Language with the underlying principal that every deed in our lives will affect our future life. For example, if we treat others badly during our lifetime we will have negative experiences later on in that lifetime or in future lifetimes. Likewise, if we treat others well we will be rewarded by positive experiences.

NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE

I came across this article in the Daily Mail. As a medium my job is to give survival experience i.e. evidence of survival of life after death. I usually do this with linking with spirit, generally loved ones who have passed related to the person I am giving a reading to. I look for specific evidence, like what caused their death, their name, their character and a physical description, sometimes I may get addresses and I look for details only the person I'm reading for, would know. Now I have no doubt of life after death, I have been given proof over and over again so read the article below.

FROM THE DAILY MAIL BELOW

How does a near-death experience change you? Brain surgeon DR EBEN ALEXANDER heard heavenly music and saw waterfalls flowing into crystal pools

I was taken to the hospital where I worked as a neurosurgeon. The doctors discovered I’d contracted a type of meningitis, and very soon the part of the brain that controls thought and emotion shut down as the bacteria ate away at my brain. Pictured: Dr Eben Alexander

Caroline Cook was 16 years old when she attempted suicide. Traumatised by her parents’ divorce and struggling to cope with her mother’s mental illness, she swallowed an overdose of sleeping pills.
After spending three days in hospital in a coma, she awoke to a shockingly vivid memory that has never faded.
Now aged 63, Caroline says: ‘I suddenly found myself standing in a beautiful, lush, green forest, looking out over pastures filled with flowers with snow-capped mountains in the distance, all beneath a brilliant blue sky.
‘The colours were vivid, yet everything was bathed in a white light, even the sky. I felt joyful and happy to be there.’
An old man appeared beside her, with white robes and a white beard. He, too, was bathed in white light.
‘You cannot stay here,’ he told Caroline. ‘It is not your time yet. Go back and finish living your life.’
Another woman, Alison Leigh Sugg, had an experience that was both similar and surprisingly different.
During a difficult labour with her second baby, in 1999, she suffered a severe haemorrhage. Bleeding profusely, she lost consciousness. Her heart rate slowed and then flatlined.
The emergency doctor in charge was Dr Margaret Christensen. Alison lay dying on the operating table, but she could not be operated on until enough blood had been pumped back into her veins to let the heart start beating again. Unable to begin surgery, Dr Christensen decided to lead the medical team in a short prayer instead.
‘Please guide us to heal Alison’s body,’ she prayed. ‘Please guide her spirit back into her body.’
Caroline, who had a near-death experience, says: ‘I suddenly found myself standing in a beautiful, lush, green forest, looking out over pastures filled with flowers with snow-capped mountains in the distance, all beneath a brilliant blue sky'

Alison was unconscious, but still somehow aware that her vital energy was leaving her body through two areas simultaneously: her nose, mouth and throat; and the point between her eyebrows.
This energy seemed to flow together at a point above her body, until she was looking back down at herself, with both indifference and compassion.
Other energy seemed to swirl around her, in a spiral of light that propelled her up and away. She drifted into inky blackness, before what she described as ‘a wondrous being of light and sound’ appeared in front of her, emanating profound love.
She had no language for what she was experiencing. The ‘being’ communicated with her, seeming to project a thought: ‘You have a choice.’ Realising that it would be a mistake to turn away from this overwhelming sense of serenity, Alison knew what she must choose. She had to return to her body. Her children needed her.
Both these women confided their deeply personal stories after reading my 2012 book Proof Of Heaven, in which I detailed my own near-death experience.
What happened to me was different — but just as vividly recollected. I’d woken up at 4.30am with a splitting headache. As my then wife frantically tried to massage away the pain, it spread to my back. Within 15 minutes, the agony was so bad I could barely take a step.
I was taken to the hospital where I worked as a neurosurgeon. The doctors discovered I’d contracted a type of meningitis, and very soon the part of the brain that controls thought and emotion shut down as the bacteria ate away at my brain.
After being placed on a ventilator, a light came slowly down from above, throwing off marvellous filaments of living silver and golden effulgence.
It was a circular entity, emitting heavenly music that I called the Spinning Melody. The light opened up like a rip, and I felt myself going through the rip, up into a valley full of lush and fertile greenery, where waterfalls flowed into crystal pools.
There were clouds, like marshmallow puffs of pink and white. Behind them, the sky was a rich blue-black, with trees, fields, animals and people. There was water, too, flowing in rivers or descending as rain. Mists rose from the pulsing surfaces of these waters, and fish glided beneath them.
More than half of people who have near-death experiences are astonished by their highly intense perceptions. It is as if reality has become more real, and yet none of it is as truly real as their memories of the afterlife
More than half of people who have near-death experiences are astonished by their highly intense perceptions. It is as if reality has become more real, and yet none of it is as truly real as their memories of the afterlife
Sceptics would say that, because of the many differences in our accounts, we must all be wrong. But as a scientist, a neurosurgeon and an academic who taught brain science at Harvard Medical School, I am fascinated to know how we all perceived these versions of the hereafter — so vivid in the memory but so difficult to describe.
The evidence for near-death experiences is overwhelming. But the evidence for how they occur is virtually non-existent.
How were our minds conscious when our bodies were effectively dead and, in my case at least, the brain had ceased to function? And where are these bright, unfading memories stored?
To explore these questions takes courage and a thirst for knowledge. In the nine years since I first awoke from my coma, my mantra has been ‘believe in it all, at least for now’.
My advice to you, dear reader, is to do the same: suspend disbelief for now, and open your mind as broadly as possible.
I was in a coma for a week, suffering from meningoencephalitis — a brain infection — of such severity that my odds of survival were estimated at 2 per cent. After a week, my doctors gravely told my family that it was time to let me die. Hearing this, my ten-year-old son ran into the room, pulled open my eyelids and started pleading with me.
‘Daddy,’ he cried, over and over again, ‘you’re gonna be OK.’
Across the vast reaches of the spiritual realm, I felt his presence very clearly . . . and began to wake.
Physicist Albert Einstein would sometimes drift in a small sailing boat, staring into the sky as his imagination wandered, and new possibilities for explaining reality came to him. Pictured: The light at the end of the tunnel
In the early weeks of recovery after my coma, I experienced a constant crackling energy, a hyper-sense of life itself — a sizzling body sensation.
Just two days after I came round, my older son, who was majoring in neuroscience at college, saw me and was struck by this intense energy.
‘You are so clear, so focused, so much more present than ever before,’ he said. ‘It is as if there is a light shining within you.’
Bizarre phenomena happened all around me. Street lights would blink as I walked beneath them. My laptop seemed prone to crashing. I went through three wristwatches before I found one that would work. And I had great difficulty sleeping, though this turned out to be a blessing because it granted me the time I needed to read, study and reflect on what had happened.
The shift in my perceptions brought difficulties, too. Studies show around 80 per cent of marriages break up after one partner has a near-death experience. For my then wife and me, it became clear that our life together was not meant to last for ever.
Our marriage had been struggling in the years before my coma, and my significant change brought us to an amicable parting.
My newly awakened energy sometimes seemed out of control, though it also never harmed me. While I was writing Proof Of Heaven, a massive branch tore itself away from the oak tree outside my study window and landed parallel to one outside wall.
No sooner had my sons and I sawed it up for firewood, baffled as to why a healthy tree should lose a limb, than another giant branch fell — this time along the adjoining wall of the house, at a 90-degree angle to the first.
That alarmed me so much that I called a tree surgeon . . . only to be told the tree was in fine condition, with no rot or insect damage.
There was no good reason why those branches fell. It was as if some giant hand had snapped them off. But one thing was certain: if either one had hit the house, it would have smashed down to the foundations.
Little wonder that, around this time, one friend told me: ‘You are sitting on a maelstrom of energy!’
Just as my senses were heightened, so were my memories — at least those rooted in my near-death experience.
This is common: more than half of people who have near-death experiences are astonished by their highly intense perceptions. It is as if reality has become more real, and yet none of it is as truly real as their memories of the afterlife.
In order to bring this whirling energy under control, I began to explore other ways to understand the brain than the merely medical.
In the Eighties, I discovered, the Dalai Lama — the Buddhist spiritual leader and winner of the Nobel Peace Prize — began working with Western doctors to combine everything that science, mysticism and religion can teach us about the mind. He calls this ‘contemplative neuroscience’.
For me, one of the most effective Buddhist practices is a form of meditation called mindfulness.
I find I can accomplish it by placing all my attention on whatever activity is taking place, whether it is walking, sitting quietly or just drinking a cup of coffee.
Mindfulness involves the constant awareness of the breath and the body, to move the mind’s attention away from negative or distressing thoughts.
As my attention remains focused only on the present moment, my mind eventually becomes free of all other distractions.
Looking back, I realise I did this instinctively when I was practising neurosurgery. I saw the operating theatre as a sanctuary where I could focus exclusively on my task. Time appeared to contract in this state, and a procedure that lasted hours might seem to be over in a matter of minutes.
By getting the brain ‘out of the way’, we can explore the world of universal consciousness.
Many of the world’s greatest geniuses have understood this, and achieved it in individual ways.
Physicist Albert Einstein would sometimes drift in a small sailing boat, staring into the sky as his imagination wandered, and new possibilities for explaining reality came to him.
Inventor Thomas Edison learned to work for days on little sleep. He would sit, with weights in his hands, and when he began to nod off, the weights would fall . . . waking him up. At these moments, between sleep and wake, some of his most brilliant ideas would come to him, and he would be ready to write them down.
The novelist Robert Louis Stevenson used another technique, travelling to the edge of dreams to harvest ideas for his stories.
All of these men were active participants in the pursuit of inspiration through free-form daydreaming, a level of awareness known as hypnagogia — the borderline of sleep.
Meditators, prophets and mystics have done this since the dawn of time. Perhaps this receptive state of being is the ultimate foundation of all our great religions. After reading my book Proof Of Heaven, the Dalai Lama invited me to join him to discuss modern scientific views on reincarnation.
He said there were three sorts of phenomena. The first was the most obvious — events that we perceive with our ordinary five senses.
The second was more subtle: hidden phenomena which go unobserved but which can be deduced from other evidence.
The third was the most tantalising — hidden phenomena, which can only be experienced personally, such as a dream, a secret wish, or a near-death experience.
These can be told but they might not be believed.
Unless you’ve had such an experience yourself, you can’t know with certainty that it took place, and so cannot investigate it using conventional scientific methods.
But first-hand experiences are vital to our understanding. We have to trust the experiences of others while cultivating our own, so that we can compare them.
And that’s what I, as a scientist, am most interested in. Mysteries are around every corner — we just need to learn to pay attention.

PHYTOESTROGENS AND THE MENOPAUSE

Since this is a holistic blog, I will always seek out holistic therapies first and of course I lectured in holistic therapies
At the moment I am trying FX MENOPAUSE 3™ (A food supplement) to help with hot flushes and night sweats which have been very debilitating. I was having 30 to 40 of these per day. A week in to taking this supplement I'm averaging 8 to 11 and in time hoping to reduce them further hopefully to zero. Early days but this supplement is very promising.
This is a link to their website .nutrition-fx.com
In many Asian countries, women in menopause don’t find it necessary to turn to HRT. This is attributed to the high levels of phytoestrogens consumed in their diets. Phytoestrogens are found in virtually everything we eat - grains, beans, nuts, seeds, seed oils, berries, fruits, vegetables, and roots - and have been shown to have both oestrogenic and antioestrogenic properties (over a 1000 are known).
For Japanese women, a wide range of commonly consumed foods contain amounts of these different phytoestrogens. For example, Coumestans, a class of phytoestrogen, which are over 30 times more potent than the widely regarded Soy isoflavones, can be found in high concentration in bean sprouts. Unfortunately the average western diet offers a much lower intake of phytoestrogens, hence the need to use a dietary supplement.
FX MENOPAUSE 3™ ADDS EXTRA PHYTOESTROGENS (SOURCED FROM FOOD) TO YOUR EXISTING DIET
FX menopause is a proprietary extract of phytoestrogen from Mung beans. Mung beans have been a part of Asian cuisine for thousands of years. When sprouted they are usually just called bean sprouts.
Background Scientific & Biomedical Information for fx menopause
The human oestrogen receptor has two isoforms alpha and beta. Both isoforms are responsible for mediating the physiological actions of oestrogens such as estradiol in humans, particularly women. The oestrogen receptor plays a vital role in many aspects of human biology such as bone density, collagen synthesis, menstrual cycle, primary and secondary female phenotypic characteristics such as breast development, body fat etc. Consequently, either hypo (too low) oestrogen or hyper (too high) oestrogen levels can contribute to disorders such as osteoporosis and breast cancer respectively. THINK ABOUT IT!

DID NATURE GIVE US FUZZY VISION FOR A REASON?

ASTRID BROWN·THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 2017

As we age our outward appearance changes, we get a bit flabby our features aren’t so firm and they head south due to the effects of gravity and we lose collagen, elastin and bone from our faces, so we are not as attractive as we were years ago. All our peers, our generation are in the same boat, we all age, our hearing not so sharp I was having a conversation this morning about ageing and discussing a theory I have. Might seem silly but think about this. As we age our hearing and our eyesight deteriorates and we develop Presbyopia which is a natural part of the ageing process. It is due to hardening of the lens of the eye causing the eye to focus light behind rather than on the retina when looking at close objects. Now nature is very clever in how we have developed as humans, could it be nature has given us fuzzy vision for a reason, so that we are seen and remembered as we once were to our current generation. Now you may say there is a flaw in this theory, what about people who wear correctional lenses, they will see us as we appear now and not through the rosy tinted glasses of the past without correctional lenses. Developing glasses, contact lenses is  human development not natural one. Nature never intended us to consume many of the foods we eat now nor did it intend us to have a sedentary lifestyle. It intended us to eat simply and work physically so we would always be much fitter and slimmer. So is fuzzy vision as we age a gift from nature? so we will always appear attractive to our current generation lol.

GUEST POST from Hannah Do

Today I would like to share with you a guest post from Hannah Do

"Hannah Do is the founder of Thank Your Skin, a beauty blog dedicated to providing honest skin care advice and information. She aspires to help her readers achieve their most beautiful skin by sharing personal tips learned through both years of experience and thorough research. Check out her latest article about antimicrobial body wash. You can find her on TwitterPinterest and Facebook

Washing your face isn’t enough.

When you have acne-prone skin, you need to be more thorough in cleansing your face. Since having clogged pores is the most common cause of acne, you need to make sure you’re able to get all dirt, makeup residues and excess oil off of your pores.

One way you can do that is by applying a face mask a couple of times each week.

Choose a face mask made with clay since this ingredient can effectively draw out impurities. It can also help tighten the pores to make them less likely to get clogged.

As for the rest of your body, make sure you exfoliate two to three times a week. Wearing tight clothes, sweating excessively and getting exposed to pollution can all cause dirt and sweat to get trapped inside your pores.

You can exfoliate chemically using products with Alpha Hydroxy Acid. This ingredient penetrates the outer layer of the skin to break down or dissolve dead skin cells.

Since it only acts on the outer layer, this is considered a lot safer and more effective for your skin type.

Now, to address the other causes of acne and how you can deal with them, here’s an infographic to guide you.

A TOUGH LESSON

ACCEPTANCE

Sometimes we may have to walk away from situations or toxic people, we may try our best to work at a situation, to listen and support others but sometimes we get no where.

There is a saying sometimes we have friends for a reason and others for a season and sometimes for a lifetime and the earth keeps turning and nothing stands still for it can't be stormy forever it does come to an end. For only when you have gone through tough times, you can look back and understand why those circumstances came about and why this had to be.

No matter what, genuine friends stick with you and accept we all have a right to our own opinions and these might not be compatible with one another however the thread of unconditional love never breaks no matter what.

For those we have walk away from and for those who have walked away from us accept it, they have their own life path to follow we've done our interaction with them let them go now. We cannot interfere in others’ destiny we are not allowed to, for if we are not meant to we will be taken away from them one way or another. Only if we are meant to be will we be there. The fly in this ointment is free will nobody or nothing can make us do anything but we can make the right choices by listening to our hearts for our heart is the the seat of our soul and it knows the truth and the path we need take. One of the hardest if not the most so lessons in life is 'Acceptance ' but when you do ‘accept’ a block will lift from your life you will feel better......until the next life lesson comes along

"Acceptance"
"See yourself and others through the eyes of the angels, with unconditional love and acceptance. In this way, you inspire and lift everyone to their highest potential."

I often write during the night as I do automatic writing and channel  philosophy from Spirit and last night this message came through. I had been seeking the answers to a question I had asked and this was my answer.

"It's necessary as we grow more spiritual to undertake challenges, this happens not just in our present lifetime but in ALL our lifetimes, to undertake all kinds of pain. Of all those emotional is the hardest of all for in emotional pain the message and lesson within touches the soul. Physical pain only affects the earthly body and can be solved, there are many advances in medicine to deal with this. Only a kindred soul who has gone through and felt  emotional pain has the skills and experience to empathise and can truly unburden others.

As you develop spiritually you will do more good by allowing others unburden their emotional pain onto you for you are the key to their release. This undertaking is tough but necessary your time just now is making keys of which there are many. One day you will have a full set. See yourself as a seeker of knowledge.

The day will come when you are akin to a sponge when you cannot take in anymore, it is then you will have achieved full spiritual growth. Do not fight this. Your lesson is acceptance, know this is so, remember one cancels out the other."

It's a very true saying no one can ever understand unless they have walked a mile in another’s shoes.

Remember too, "Compensation and Retribution for all souls" you will never go unrewarded for those you help

A PALM READING OF A PUBLIC FIGURE

I am drawn here firstly to the Fate line and I am looking at the right hand and generally the fate line begins at the base of the palm running up towards the Saturn finger i.e. the middle finger. The line on this palm is quite deep it deviates slightly before continuing  straight again. This would suggest to me there was a career change. There had been a decision made but some event occurred to influence a change. The depth of the line is clear then it stops just past where it crosses the head line and then there is a clear break. Now as I read palms not solely on the lines I use my psychic abilities as well, this suggests an abrupt change where things are never quite the same again. And because this is the fate line it suggests career. Ageing the line I would suggest this comes to play midlife, and suggests early retirement.

Overall looking at the lines on this palm this person is determined and goal driven until this abrupt change where things will never be the same again.

The head line is quite straight suggesting this person needs to feel important and can make challenges more complex than they need to be, this person analyses everything and turns things over in their mind and dwells on things, such as a mere slight can become a huge grudge, when really it was and is a mere slight but it becomes a huge grievance. There is also a break in the line which suggests to me this person can be quite contrary, a bit like an April day calm and still one moment tears/temper stormy the next. There is a lot of a Cancerian personality here and the overall shape of the hand is one of water.

This Heart Line is long and turns up under the middle finger. A person with this long curvy line can be happy one minute and down the next, and it may not be due to what is happening in their relationship. This ties in what I said before with the head line. This person lives in the present tomorrow and the future after that are too far away to be concerned about. Today and right now are the only real concerns and most important things to the person with this hand and prone to being self indulgent. The Saturn finger is quite long where the line ends again tying into the self indulgent and self orientated personality of this person.

The life line appears short and in no way related to how long this person will live but to how they care for others. I want to say indifferent I don’t feel this person can give all of their self to another. Again this pertains to a ‘Me’ person and not physically demonstrative, perhaps not emotionally either. Its strong though so physically their constitution is strong.

The hand isn’t a warm fleshy hand and I’m picking up this person can be cold and indifferent to others. It’s not a rational hand and yet it's not a romantic hand but emotional as with anger and temper. I would say prone to flying ‘off the handle’ at the drop of a hat, this ties into the water/Cancerian aspect of this hand. There are no worry lines either so this person does not sit up at night worrying, there is a detached coldness about this person

The lower Mars mount is prominent suggesting argumentative again coupled with what I’ve already said about this water hand it doesn’t take much to send this person into a rage or aggression.

The thumb is rather flat  where they can have two sides, on one manipulative and instigator for their self.  And the confident exterior of this person can inspire others however the personality they show to the outside is quite different as to how they really are.

Conclusion I would say a ‘Me person’ prone to quick mood changes as in temper and lives very much in the present, not a worrier and doesn’t dwell on the future nor think to much about it. This person can be emotionally cold and indifferent but capable of being manipulative for their own ends as they like to get their own way. I would further say quite difficult to get along with as they feel emotionally cold

A PUBLIC FIGURE'S PALM READING

Looking at this palm its quite fleshy and its overall look is an Earth hand and suggests to me he is quite fixed and stubborn so my first thought was one of the Earth signs like Taurus, Capricorn or virgo. He doesn’t strike me as a Virgo as they are quite neat and diligent so the choice was between Taurus and Capricorn both are stubborn but where Taureans can be coaxed or given another choice, Capricorns cannot. So I decided to check his birthday and lo and behold hes a Capricorn 3ist December.

He is decidedly fixed in his ideas and determined and cannot be moved, this is more than stubborn, he has a thought and nothing will change it to the point of annoying everyone around him, he’s thrawn. Where all Earth hands have a stubborn personality, they can be sensual, by that I don’t mean sexy but use their physical senses. They can be practical people and will see a job through to the end, that can be a good thing but that can be a negative thing if they become thrawn.

Because he has an Earth hand he’s very much focused on the material world, he’s definitely not a spiritual person this given his squat thumb can make him greedy for earthly things, material possessions, money and food. This is because of his fixed, single-minded thought pattern and his acquisition of wanting more and more. Saying ‘NO’ to this person will only make him more determined. Overall he has short thick fingers which suggests he doesn’t like taking advice from other people, particularly long fingered people who tend to be more spiritual, altruistic and esoteric. This can make him impulsive due to his heart line capturing his head line. He can commit to something with passion he has not thought through yet be so obstinate and single-minded as to not change his mind because he feels he would loose face to give up

Looking at the lines on his palm he almost has a simian line, he has a strong heart line that has captured his head line his emotional energy will drive him and because his headline is short, there’s not much in the way of logic, emotions will strongly rule every activity.

The Fate line on his palm isn’t clear, its certainly not strong if there at all which positively can suggest a sense of fun but negatively he has a firey core to the point of becoming dangerous if unleashed so it would be best to stay on his good side.

I’ve noticed too that his head line has no space between his life line, this suggests he was close to his family when growing up particularly his mother, he worshiped his mother and this is what he looks for in relationships, as his heart, head and life line all converge. He needs someone to look after him and mother him to the point of taking their advice. It’s almost as if he needs dominating and he would be lost without this in his life and driving him on.

Looking at the mount of Venus on his palm this dictates how passionate we are are (not just sex) but in beliefs, what drives us and his is large and fleshy but interesting there are several straight lines upon it again this points to the emotions and this emotion can drive him on to the impossible and unachievable, unable to back down. It can suggest someone prone to affairs but coupled with his three lines converging this is not the case but conveys strong emotion to a mothering figure. These lines can make him appear plausible and charming but remember the absence of a clear fate line don’t get on his wrong side or he will channel negative emotions and temper instead.

Conclusion this man has a fiery determined obstinate personality, prone to an explosive temper if he feels he is being thwarted  even if he is wrong he won’t back down. He is passionate in his beliefs and this can make him impulsive and this impulsiveness extends to all material things. Yet he needs approval and encouragement from someone who will mother him and once he has an idea he fixes on it and nothing will make him change his mind except the one person who drives him

PSYCHIC QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

PSYCHIC QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

IS IT REALLY POSSIBLE TO FORECAST THE FUTURE AND OTHER QUESTIONS?

I am often asked various questions pertaining to the spirit world and various aspects of the psychic, here are some of them: I will in time feature more questions and answers as this webpage evolves

Q. Is a psychic or medium a fortune teller?
A. It may surprise you to know psychics and mediums are not fortune tellers
Q. Is it possible to forecast the future?
A.Well not 100% and this is because of free will.
Q. What is free will?
A. Free will is YOUR right to decide what you want to do about a situation, it is a choice
Q. How does free will affect a situation?
A. Well before we incarnate as Spirit in a human body, we decide on what experiences and challenges that will benefit our spiritual growth. However we are given the choice (free will) as to whether we go through with the experience or challenge. In effect we are allowed to change or mind.
Q. So are you saying we all know what lies before us?
A. Well in a way we all do. Remember we are 'Spirit' in a human body and your spirit does retain a memory but it is deep in our subconscious. This memory is retained deeply for a reason to help us fulfill our experiences and challenges we ourselves chose. However it is also at this deep level so we are not so aware. If you knew what lay before you would you go through with it? Probably not but we still retain this memory deeply and this reflects in our Aura.
Q. So what is the Aura?
A.The aura is The Aura is an electromagnetic field that surrounds living bodies, this includes people, animals, plants and crystals and is composed of several layers that are constantly moving. The Aura links us to whats known as Universal energy i.e. that is all the knowledge in the Universe past, present and future. It is on this aura that psychics are able to tap into and access your past, whats going on in the present and the possible future and I say possible specifically if your goal or desire is dependent on other people, for remember every person involved in a situation has free will.
